R-11 Fuel Truck Model

A few years ago, I received a request to build a fuel truck for a fellow POL troop.  That request started a long journey that continues today.  In the gallery below, you will see many images of how my design has evolved over time.  I currently make the Oshkosh R-11 model in three sizes, 12″, 17″ and 24″.  Each model is very close to scale from the tank dimensions to the holes in the front of the grill.
