- Each ornament can be either be left unfinished or you can request from a handful of finishes that we have available.

If you are not happy with the product you ordered I will offer you a refund and/or replacement, however you must return the unused, undamaged product to us at your cost to receive the refund. If the item is damaged during shipment, I can work with the USPS on an insurance claim. Also, remember that the refund is for the cost of the product only, not shipping. Should you have a problem, PLEASE contact me prior to leaving feedback so I may resolve it as quickly as possible. Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority

All damage claims must be accompanied by pictures showing the damage including packaging if applicable.

One of a kind items that have been personalized, specified by the buyer are not returnable. As stated above, please be sure to review your proof before making purchase.

~ Shipping ~

Each order is custom made. Once your order is placed, it will go into production and be shipped usually within three to five business days. Rush orders are available on a case by case basis for an additional fee.
